Can I sign up online?
Not yet. Every company starts with guided onboarding: you write to us, we go over your operation and set up your account with you. In the console, a getting-started checklist guides your admin until the warehouse is up and running.

You sign up with our sales team and Ariadne invoices you directly, in US dollars, tax not included. The plan can be monthly or annual; plugins and add-ons are billed monthly.

Does Ariadne WMS have AI?
Yes. Ariadne WMS’s AI assistant answers plain-language questions about your sales, stock, returns, margins, customers and orders with figures from your data, charts and Excel-ready tables. It only reads, follows each user’s permissions and our sales team enables it for your company.
Ariadne WMS AI assistantDoes the AI assistant pass my customers’ data to the AI?
No. Its tools never pass your customers’ name, tax ID, email, phone or address to the model: the model sees a customer as a reference, and the name appears only on your screen.

What’s a full user and what’s an operator?
A full user works in the web console (admin, supervision, warehouse management). An operator works from the Ariadne Scanner app (picking and receiving). If you need more, add users, operators or warehouses to your plan.
Ariadne WMS add-onsWhat do I need for the app?
Android phones with a camera and an internet connection; no dedicated scanners needed. The app isn’t on Google Play or the App Store: we install it during onboarding. There is no iPhone version.
Ariadne Scanner app requirementsDoes the app work offline?
No. The app checks every scan against the server, so it needs a connection. It’s built for patchy warehouse wifi: in picking, if the signal drops and the operator retries, the line isn’t deducted twice.
What the Ariadne Scanner app doesHow do I print labels?
With Ariadne Print, a program for Windows, macOS or Linux that you install on the computer connected to your label printer, downloaded from the console. Included in every plan.
Ariadne PrintIs the console in English?
The console is in Spanish; the menu and some screens are also available in English. The Ariadne Scanner app is Spanish-only.

Does Ariadne issue invoices?
With the E-invoicing connector plugin, Ariadne issues electronic receipts (boletas) and credit notes in your e-invoicing system. You keep issuing invoices (facturas) in that system.

No. Each plugin is purchased separately and priced by plan; the bundle includes every plugin available in your country. Our team enables them for your company.

Can I bring my data from spreadsheets?
Yes. From Settings › Import data you load products, prices, warehouses, locations, stock and restricted customers from Excel or CSV, see what will be created and updated before applying, and can undo the batch.
