Each plugin is purchased separately, and our team enables it.

Electronic invoicing: E-invoicing connector
- Issues the electronic receipt (boleta) in your e-invoicing system seconds after a billable sale enters Ariadne, with no manual work. An hourly pass picks up anything left pending.
- When an order that already has a receipt is cancelled or returned, it issues the credit note; for partial returns, only for the returned lines.
- Every receipt and credit note is stored as a PDF with the order, and the buyer gets their receipt by email with your logo and contact details.
- Multiple legal entities: each store or warehouse issues its receipts under its own e-invoicing account.
- Never issues receipts for cancelled orders and guards against duplicate folios. If the buyer’s tax ID (RUT) has an invalid check digit, it won’t issue the receipt to the wrong customer: it holds it and alerts you.
- If a receipt or credit note can’t be issued, you see it in the console’s notification bell.

Good to know It issues receipts, not invoices: you keep issuing invoices in your e-invoicing system. Your account there needs credit-note folios and its centralization configured.

You or your accountant upload your marketplace settlement exactly as downloaded and get the import file ready for your accounting system, matched receipt by receipt against what Ariadne issued. Ariadne only asks what it can’t know.
How it works, in four steps
Upload
Upload the settlement (.xlsx or .csv) exactly as you downloaded it. Ariadne recognizes the channel and suggests the period: confirm it in one click, with no column mapping.
Match
The folio, amount, credit note, issue date and customer record come from Ariadne’s own data. No pasting your e-invoicing system’s export or the sales ledger.
Answer
You answer only the exceptions: earlier settlements already booked, sales collected with a document issued outside Ariadne, returned receipts the channel paid anyway, and possible duplicates.
Download
Every import file balances to the peso (debit = credit) and is validated before download. The same receipt is never booked twice, and if you haven’t imported that file into your accounting system yet, “Undo” reverts the download.
A report that tracks what the marketplace owes you
- Every close comes with a per-channel report: what was collected from earlier months, this month’s receipts the marketplace hasn’t paid yet, and what is still pending from earlier closes done in Ariadne.
- Monthly reconciliation to the peso: valid receipts = booked + booked earlier + missing + held.
- Lists returns or cancellations with no credit note and goods that never came back, so you can claim from the channel or issue the note.
- Every line in the import file carries its trace: which settlement row and which receipt it comes from.
- The original settlement and the generated import file are archived in Ariadne.
- Give your accountant access to the centralization panel only, without making them an admin.
Nothing is booked automatically: you upload, review and download, and you import the file into your accounting system yourself. We set up each channel’s accounting configuration (accounts, business center and customer records) with you during onboarding.
Sales channels: Marketplace connector
- Orders from your marketplaces and your online store flow into the picking queue on their own, within minutes, with their dispatch warehouse assigned.
- Your sellable stock is published to your marketplaces every hour, warehouse by warehouse: it only counts unlocked locations and subtracts what pending orders have committed.
- If a warehouse shows up completely empty in Ariadne, it doesn’t publish zeros: it stops and alerts you.
- Shipping labels from your marketplaces download automatically and are attached to the order, ready to print from packing.
- Receipts issued by your invoicing connector are uploaded to the marketplace automatically.
- Your products and prices import automatically: the catalog every 15 minutes and the price list every 6 hours.
- If the marketplace cancels an order, the cancellation shows up in Ariadne.

Sales channels: Online-store returns
- Counter returns at your store, recorded in your online-store platform, are restocked automatically at the store that received them and leave the order ready for your invoicing connector to issue the credit note.
- In-store exchanges void the original order and automatically create the new order with the product the customer took, ready for its receipt to be issued.
- Ariadne picks up the tax ID (RUT) the buyer entered when buying in your online store, so the receipt is issued in their name.

- Every week it tells you what to reorder and how much, SKU by SKU, and emails you the spreadsheet.
- Automatic ABC classification and safety stock for your class A products.
- Adjusts demand for trend and monthly seasonality with a machine-learning model.
- Once there’s enough availability history, it doesn’t penalize a product for not selling while it was out of stock.
- Excludes products you mark as “do not reorder”, and gives you a reorder panel in the console by ABC class.
