Ariadne WMS modules: Your entire warehouse flow, in one place.

Every Ariadne WMS plan includes the outbound modules (batch picking, packing, dispatch and returns), the inventory modules (stock by location, receiving, inter-warehouse transfers and locations) and the control modules (profiles and permissions, customers, notifications and data import).

Every module was born inside real, working warehouses. No brochure features: everything you see here is available today and comes with every plan.

Orders from your marketplaces, via the Marketplace connector

Manual sales

Record sales that don’t come from a channel (phone, wholesale, warranty or counter). If you choose a warehouse, they join the picking and dispatch queue. With the e-invoicing connector on, you tick “Issue receipt” on billable sales and the connector issues it after you save.

Batch picking

Group one or many orders from the same warehouse into a batch, and Ariadne reserves the stock when you schedule it, location by location, by priority. Only orders whose lines are all in stock, according to the system, can be scheduled.

Shortages and re-picking

If something is missing at packing, Ariadne tells you what and how much, and you re-pick it in one click without holding up the rest of the batch.

Verified packing

In the standard flow, every item is checked by scanning its EAN, and only what belongs to the order and was actually picked is accepted. When the order is complete, an internal label prints for each package (1/N, 2/N…) through Ariadne Print.

Ariadne Print

Fast packing

For single-unit orders that are already picked: scan the EAN and Ariadne finds the order, marks it packed and prints the internal and marketplace labels in one go.

Dispatch and manifests

Build the manifest from packed orders and print it for the courier handover. It shows how many orders and units go with each courier, and keeps a history you can search by manifest name.

Returns

Record the return of a line, pick the location it goes back to, and the stock is restored there. When a channel cancels a sale that was already picked, the line is flagged “To be returned” so someone receives it.

Marketplace-fulfilled sales

Sales the marketplace ships itself through its own fulfillment stay out of your picking, under rules you define and simulate before saving.

Line-level order status

Track every line of every order: imported, picking, packed, shipped, cancelled, to be returned or returned. Order documents one click away, notes per line and, for marketplaces connected through the marketplace connector, the channel’s deadline next to the actual ship date.

Inventory

Stock by location

Stock by product, location and warehouse, with reserved and available shown separately. Search by SKU, EAN or name, and see other warehouses’ stock without being able to operate them.

Receiving and blind receiving

Every goods receipt is logged with date, location and quantity. For goods without a purchase order, blind receiving lets you review the load in the console: invalid products or locations are flagged before loading.

Inter-warehouse transfers

A dedicated document for moving goods between warehouses: the destination requests, the origin accepts all or part, it gets picked, the departure is logged (who, when, vehicle plate) and the goods stay in transit until the destination receives and counts them. Damage and shortages are recorded and resolved explicitly.

transfer receiving

Many warehouses, one account

Run several warehouses from one account. Choose which warehouses add up stock for your sales channels and see the impact before saving. Each operator sees and works only in their own warehouses.

Locations

Create locations per warehouse, set their picking priority and lock the ones that shouldn’t be used. Move stock between shelves in seconds and print barcode location labels with Ariadne Print.

Products

Create and edit products in Ariadne (SKU, EAN, brand, category, price, cost, image, weight and dimensions), see which ones lack an EAN, review their history movement by movement and print barcode labels, up to 50 at a time. Mark services and supplies as unlimited stock so they never hold up an order.

Lost & Found

Every loss or surplus is logged with its source (picking, transfers, counts), and you can document what happened. See at a glance where you lose the most stock.

Assisted setup

Physical stores

In stores our team sets up for you, counter sales the customer takes on the spot are closed automatically and deducted from the shelf, as long as the store has the stock. You decide which categories or products are never auto-fulfilled and which warehouse they are routed to.

Control

Profiles and permissions

Build profiles with view or edit rights per module and limit each user to their warehouses. Everyone sees only what’s theirs, with sign-in by company code, username and password.

Customers

Your customer base builds itself from your sales channels. With the restricted-customers list (by tax ID, email, address or name), their orders are flagged in picking before they’re prepared.

Notifications

Alerts that need action (rejected tax documents, integration problems) land in one inbox, with comments and follow-up until they’re resolved.

Excel export

Download any console table to Excel, exactly as you’ve filtered it.

Company settings

Manage your legal name, tax ID, line of business and address from the console, and set the display name and reply-to address for the emails your integrations send to your customers.

Data import

Load products, prices, warehouses, locations, stock and restricted customers from Excel or CSV. Ariadne suggests which field each column maps to from its header, you see exactly what will be created and updated before applying, and you can undo the batch (anything nobody changed afterwards is reverted).

Analytics: Data to decide with, without building reports.

Today · 7 · 30 · 90 days

The dashboard measures your operation by period (today, 7, 30 or 90 days) and by warehouse, and every indicator opens up to show the detail.

Stock coverage

How many days your stock lasts at the current pace, and which SKUs are about to run out.

Oldest in queue

The order that has waited longest, and your fill rate for the period (packed vs. sold).

Processing time

Time from imported to packed, with per-order detail.

Returns

Return rate for the period.

AI assistant

Ask about your sales, stock, returns, margins and customers in plain language, and it answers with figures from your data, charts and Excel-ready tables.

Ariadne WMS add-ons

Is the console in English?

The console is in Spanish; the menu and some screens are also available in English. The Ariadne Scanner app is Spanish-only.
